A short run down the Suncoast Parkway
From Trinity, the measured route heads out along Trinity Boulevard, follows State Road 54 east for a few miles, and then takes the Suncoast Parkway south for about five miles before exiting toward Ehrlich Road and the clinic.
The parkway is tolled. A toll-free option is to take State Road 54 to Gunn Highway and come south through Odessa, which adds some time but keeps you on surface roads.
Trinity's numbers in context
CDC PLACES estimates that 20.9 in every 100 Trinity adults have been told they have a depressive disorder, slightly above the Pasco County estimate of 20.2. Frequent mental distress is estimated at 16.9 in every 100 adults, lower than in most of Pasco.
Those figures come from statistical modeling of a national survey. They are a description of the community, not a prediction about anyone's health or treatment. Even where the distress figure is lower, roughly one adult in five has been told they have depression at some point, so you would be far from the only person in Trinity asking these questions.
Crisis support for Trinity residents
Pasco County is served by BayCare's Mobile Response Team at (727) 372-4357, which BayCare describes as available 24/7. The 988 Lifeline is open to calls and texts at any hour, and 911 is for emergencies.
Our clinic is a weekday, appointment-based practice and does not provide crisis care.
Treatment days from Trinity
Each session keeps you at the clinic for about an hour and a half to two hours, plus the drive. A responsible adult has to take you home every time, and you should not drive until the following day.
At under 20 miles, the trip from Trinity is manageable for most drivers, especially if you book a regular weekday slot between 9am and 5pm and keep the evening after each session quiet.
Starting with a conversation
Your first consultation can happen by telehealth while you are physically in Florida. We go through your history, the treatments you have tried, your current medications, and your goals, and tell you honestly whether ketamine therapy seems reasonable.
If it does, you will see the plan, and the price of the whole course, in writing before any commitment. If it does not, we will explain why, and, with your permission, share that view with your own clinicians.
Request a consultation
A conversation, not a commitment. Please don't include medical records, diagnosis details, or anything urgent — this form is not monitored for emergencies.
In person or by telehealth
You can be seen both ways. Consultations, planning conversations, and follow-up visits happen in person at our Tampa clinic or by telehealth — whichever works better for you.
Ketamine itself is always administered in person, at the clinic, with a clinician monitoring you throughout. We do not prescribe ketamine for use at home.
Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit.
How telehealth works here
- Telehealth is available to patients who are physically located in Florida, and the clinicians providing that care hold active Florida licenses.
- Your location is confirmed at the start of every telehealth visit. If you are not in Florida, the visit does not go ahead.
- Ketamine is never prescribed for you to take at home. It is administered only at our clinic, in person, with a clinician monitoring you throughout — a telehealth visit does not change that.
- You are seen in person before any treatment session, because every session happens at the clinic.
- A telehealth visit never guarantees that treatment will be offered, any more than an in-person evaluation does.
- Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988, or call 911.
Common questions

Yes. Instead of the Suncoast Parkway, your driver can take State Road 54 to Gunn Highway and head south through Odessa on surface roads. It usually takes a little longer, so build that into your plans.
The 988 Lifeline takes calls and texts all night. BayCare also runs a Mobile Response Team for Pasco County at (727) 372-4357 and says it operates around the clock. Anyone in immediate danger needs 911.
Only the conversations. Consultations and check-ins can be done by telehealth while you are in Florida. Ketamine itself is only given at the Tampa clinic, with monitoring, and is never prescribed for use at home.
