Privacy Policy
How Clear Ketamine Therapy handles your information: what we collect, what we never collect, and the vendors we actually use.
The short version
This website collects as little as possible. Analytics are disabled by default and run only if we deliberately enable them. Our contact form collects only what you choose to type into it. We never sell your information, and we do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.
The rest of this page explains each of those points in plain language. Where something depends on configuration, we say so — and the vendor list shown on this page reflects exactly what is configured right now.
What this website collects
Site analytics: if — and only if — analytics are enabled, the site collects aggregate usage information such as which pages are viewed. Analytics are disabled by default. When enabled, they are configured to never receive form field values, free text, or anything health-related.
Contact form submissions: when you submit the consultation form, the information you entered — your name, contact details, and your message — is sent to a secure endpoint once that endpoint is configured, so our team can respond. The form collects only the basics described on the contact page.
- Aggregate page-view data, only if analytics are enabled (off by default)
- The details you choose to submit through the contact form
- Nothing else: no health questionnaires, no tracking profiles
What we never collect or do
Some things deserve to be stated plainly.
- We never ask for diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or medical records through website forms or analytics
- We never sell personal information, to anyone, for any reason
- We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not share your information with data brokers
- We do not build marketing profiles from your visit
Cookies
This site does not require tracking cookies to work, and we do not set any today. If a future version of the site ever needs cookies — for example, to remember a display preference — this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and the change will be described here.
A note about HIPAA and this website
This is a marketing website, not a medical records system, and it is not the place for your health information. Please do not submit diagnoses, treatment details, or records through any form on this site — the contact page explains what to send instead.
Once you become a patient, the clinic handles your health information under applicable privacy law, through proper clinical systems and processes that are separate from this website. And a reminder that applies to every page here: our forms are not monitored for emergencies. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Questions, requests, and changes
If you have a privacy question, want to know what information we hold about you, or want to request that it be deleted, contact us at [Privacy contact email to be confirmed]. We will respond as promptly as we can.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Significant changes will be described in plain language, the same way this policy is written.
Common questions
Only if we deliberately enable them, and they are disabled by default. When enabled, analytics receive aggregate page-view data only — never form contents, free text, or anything health-related. The vendor list on this page always reflects what is actually configured.
We never sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or retargeting networks. Information you submit through the contact form is used to respond to you — that is all.
Email [Privacy contact email to be confirmed] with your request. Tell us what you submitted and roughly when, and we will locate it, confirm what we hold, and delete it on request where we are able to.

Third-party vendors active on this site
None. This site currently runs with analytics disabled, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no session-replay tools, and no third-party cookies. If that changes, this list — generated from the site's configuration file — will name each vendor and what it receives.
