Physician supervision is not a marketing phrase here. It means a physician evaluates your candidacy, sets your treatment plan, and remains responsible for your care throughout. It means trained staff are present and monitoring during every session, with clear protocols for the rare situations that need escalation.
This standard is not unique to us. Related treatments such as esketamine (Spravato), which is FDA-approved for specific depression indications, are required by federal program rules to be administered under observation. We believe off-label ketamine therapy deserves the same seriousness, and we hold ourselves to it.
Our verification standard

Because we publish only verified information. Team names, credentials, and photographs go live after our verification process is finished — we would rather show you a placeholder today than an unverified claim.
Look for licensed physician oversight, clinicians with training relevant to the treatment being delivered, monitoring during sessions, and clear emergency protocols. If a clinic is reluctant to answer those questions directly, that reluctance is informative.
