Most clinic websites introduce their team with names, photos, and polished biographies. Ours will too — but only after every name and credential has been verified. Until then, this page describes the roles on our team and what each is responsible for, rather than publishing details we have not confirmed.
We think that is the right order of operations for a medical clinic. Publishing a name or a credential we have not confirmed would be easy; it would also be wrong.
How the clinical team is structured
Care at Clear Ketamine Therapy is delivered by a team with clearly divided responsibilities. When verification is complete, each role below will carry a name, credentials, and a biography.
- Medical Director: the physician responsible for clinical protocols, treatment decisions, and oversight of every patient. Name and credentials are published here once verified.
- Treating clinicians: the licensed clinicians who deliver and supervise treatment sessions. Names and credentials are published here once verified.
- Monitoring staff: the team members who track vital signs and patient comfort during and after each session. Names and credentials are published here once verified.
- Care coordination: scheduling, follow-up communication, and coordination with your other providers.
What physician supervision means in practice
Physician supervision is not a marketing phrase here. It means a physician evaluates your candidacy, sets your treatment plan, and remains responsible for your care throughout. It means trained staff are present and monitoring during every session, with clear protocols for the rare situations that need escalation.
This standard is not unique to us. Some related treatments are required by federal program rules to be administered under observation. We believe treatment with a compounded, unapproved medication deserves the same seriousness, and we hold ourselves to it.
Our verification standard
Before any name appears on this page, we verify the person's identity, license status, and credentials against primary sources. Biographies are published only after that review is complete — never before.
The same rule applies to photographs. You will not see stock imagery presented as our clinicians. Photos of the real team will be added only when they are real, current, and approved by the people in them.
Questions worth asking any ketamine clinic
Wherever you seek treatment — including here — you deserve straight answers to a few basic questions.
- Who performs the medical evaluation, and what are their credentials?
- Who is in the room during treatment sessions, and what training do they have?
- What monitoring happens during and after a session?
- What is the protocol if something goes wrong?
- How is follow-up handled between sessions?
In person or by telehealth
You can be seen both ways. Consultations, planning conversations, and follow-up visits happen in person at our Wesley Chapel clinic or by telehealth — whichever works better for you.
Ketamine itself is always administered in person, at the clinic, with a clinician monitoring you throughout. We do not prescribe ketamine for use at home.
Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Florida at the time of the visit.

Medical Director
A licensed physician sets our clinical protocols, reviews patient selection, and holds responsibility for treatment safety. Full name, board certification, and biography are published here once verified.
Psychiatric Lead
A licensed clinician assesses candidacy, coordinates with your existing prescriber, and guides follow-up between sessions. Full name, licensure, and biography are published here once verified.
Nursing & Monitoring Team
Registered nursing staff monitor you throughout every treatment session and handle pre- and post-session checks. Names and credentials are published here once verified.
Common questions
A physician oversees every course of treatment at our clinic, supported by trained clinical staff during sessions. Names and credentials for each role will be published on this page as soon as verification is complete.
Because we publish only verified information. Team names, credentials, and photographs go live after our verification process is finished — we would rather tell you what each role does today than make an unverified claim about who fills it.
Look for licensed physician oversight, clinicians with training relevant to the treatment being delivered, monitoring during sessions, and clear emergency protocols. If a clinic is reluctant to answer those questions directly, that reluctance is informative.
